Site Operations Manager

**Position:** Site Operations Manager **Location: Riffa, Bahrain** **Salary:** **BHD 1,800–2,800 per month** (approximately **USD 4,770–7,430**) Short Professional Job Description Manage daily site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Oversee site personnel, coordinate with contractors and clients, monitor project progress, ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards, and optimize operational performance while maintaining project budgets and timelines. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily construction and site operations * Supervise site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors * Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and quality standards * Monitor project schedules, budgets, and operational performance * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project management teams * Resolve operational issues and maintain site productivity * Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field * **3\+ years** of experience in site operations or construction management * Strong leadership and project coordination skills * Experience with HSE compliance, budgeting, and scheduling * Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and organizational abilities Pay: BD1,800\.000 \- BD2,800\.000 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Riffa
