Site Measurement Technician

The Site Measurement Technician is responsible for visiting project sites to take accurate measurements and assess site conditions for the fabrication and installation of custom\-made furniture, cabinetry, Corian, marble, and other interior fit\-out works. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and effective communication with clients and the production team. Key Responsibilities: \* Conduct on\-site measurements for residential and commercial projects. \* Prepare accurate measurement reports, sketches, and site notes. \* Assess site conditions and identify any potential installation challenges. \* Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure measurement accuracy. \* Verify dimensions before fabrication begins. \* Communicate with clients and contractors regarding site requirements. \* Maintain records of all site measurements and project documentation. \* Report any discrepancies or design issues to the project team. \* Ensure measurements comply with project drawings and specifications. \* Follow company safety procedures while working on\-site. Qualifications: \* Previous experience in site measurement, surveying, or interior fit\-out is an advantage. \* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. \* Proficient in using laser measuring devices and standard measuring tools. \* Good mathematical and problem\-solving skills. \* Strong attention to detail and accuracy. \* Good communication and organizational skills. \* Valid driving license is an advantage.
