**ocation:** Duqm, Sultanate of Oman **Mobilization:** January 2027 **Duration:** 24 months **Employment Type:** Project Assignment / Full\-Time **Sector:** Renewable Energy – Solar PV / Wind / BESS / Power Infrastructure **About the Role** ------------------ SEGULA Technologies Middle East is seeking an experienced **Site Manager** to support the construction and site supervision of major utility\-scale renewable energy projects in Duqm, Oman. The Site Manager will lead the site supervision team and coordinate construction activities with the Developer, contractors, consultants and relevant stakeholders, ensuring safe, compliant and timely project execution. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Lead and manage the overall site supervision team. * Coordinate site activities with the Developer, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders. * Provide construction supervision leadership across renewable energy and associated power infrastructure works. * Monitor construction progress, quality, HSE and compliance with approved project requirements. * Coordinate permits, interfaces and site\-related stakeholder matters. * Identify construction risks, constraints and potential delays and support their resolution. * Lead site meetings and support progress and technical reporting. * Ensure effective coordination between civil, electrical, mechanical, quality, HSE and commissioning disciplines. * Support project handover, completion and commissioning activities. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Engineering. * **Minimum 15 years of experience** in construction management and/or site supervision. * Proven experience delivering **power generation or utility\-scale renewable energy projects**. * Strong site management and multidisciplinary coordination experience. * Experience managing contractors and engineering interfaces. * Strong knowledge of construction supervision, HSE, quality and project controls. * Excellent leadership and stakeholder\-management capabilities. * Previous Middle East/GCC project experience is highly advantageous. The client specifically requires 15\+ years of construction management/site\-supervision experience with utility\-scale wind, PV or renewable power project exposure.
