Since inception, the S\&K Technologies, Inc. enterprise has grown into a family of twelve subsidiary companies, of which S\&K Aerospace is one of the largest, that support federal and commercial customers around the world. **About the Role:** The Site Lead Assistant supports the Site Lead in the day\-to\-day administration, coordination, and operational management of the U.S. Air Force (USAF) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Base Operations Support (BOS) contract within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role serves as the principal administrative support to the Site Lead and is responsible for managing office operations, coordinating personnel actions, maintaining Government property accountability, preparing official correspondence, supporting contract administration, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual requirements. This position works directly with representatives from the United States Air Force (USAF), U.S. Military Training Mission (USMTM), Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF), subcontractors, vendors, and contractor personnel to ensure efficient execution of contract requirements across multiple operating locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Site Lead Assistant may perform Site Lead responsibilities during periods of absence to ensure continuity of contract operations. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem\-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced Government contracting environment. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Pro), strong technical writing skills, and the ability to prepare professional reports, memorandums, and official correspondence. The candidate must demonstrate sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records while coordinating office operations, contract administration, personnel actions, Government property accountability, and administrative support activities. The ability to establish effective working relationships with U.S. Government personnel, host nation representatives, subcontractors, vendors, and contractor employees while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service is essential. **International Conditions of Employment:** * Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Saudi Arabian Work Visa and all required host nation employment authorizations. * Employment is contingent upon successful completion of all Saudi Government immigration, medical, credential verification, and employment requirements applicable to the position. * Must satisfy all Qualification Verification Program (QVP) requirements, or any successor credential verification process required by the Saudi Government to obtain and maintain a work visa. * Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance is preferred, if required by the contract. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Logistics, Project Management, or a related field with a minimum of five (5\) years of relevant experience; or Associate’s degree in a related field with a minimum of seven (7\) years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) with ten (10\) years of progressively responsible experience supporting Government contracts, office administration, logistics, or program management. * Experience supporting U.S. Government or Department of Defense (DoD) programs is preferred. * Experience managing office operations and administrative workflows. * Experience with records management, document control, and executive correspondence. * Experience preparing memorandums, official correspondence, reports, and presentations. * Experience processing Purchase Requests (PRs), coordinating vendor quotations, and supporting procurement actions. * Experience maintaining office inventories and accountable property records. * Experience coordinating personnel in\-processing and out\-processing. * Experience supporting official travel and Contractor Travel Requests (CTR). * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple administrative actions while meeting established deadlines. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. **A Sample of Job Responsibilities:** * Assist the Site Lead in overseeing daily site operations to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements. * Prepare, review, coordinate, process, and maintain official correspondence between the United States Air Force (USAF), U.S. Military Training Mission (USMTM), Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF), Government agencies, subcontractors, and contractor personnel. * Prepare and process Sustainment Letters, Signal Letters, memorandums, reports, official notifications, and other administrative correspondence supporting Foreign Military Sales operations. * Coordinate the complete in\-processing and out\-processing of USAF, U.S. Government, contractor, and subcontractor personnel assigned to the program. * Maintain in\-processing and out\-processing checklists and administrative documentation. * Coordinate installation access requests, identification badges, security documentation, and administrative processing. * Maintain personnel rosters, organizational charts, emergency contact information, and distribution lists. * Coordinate onboarding and administrative orientation for newly assigned personnel. * Track assignment of computers, printers, mobile phones, office equipment, and other accountable assets. * Prepare property transfer documentation and maintain supporting records. * Manage office supply inventories by forecasting requirements, maintaining stock levels, and coordinating procurement to support uninterrupted operations. * Coordinate Purchase Requests (PRs), vendor quotations, and procurement actions for office supplies, equipment, and administrative support requirements. * Maintain correspondence logs and ensure administrative records are complete and audit\-ready. * Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain service quality.
