Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

SITE ENGINEER / SITE SUPERVISOR (FIT\-OUT WORKS) We are looking for a Site Engineer with proven experience in fit\-out and interior works to join our project team. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage day\-to\-day site activities for fit\-out projects * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants * Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and approved materials * Monitor progress, quality, safety, and timelines * Prepare site reports, material requests, and work schedules * Handle inspections and snag list closures Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in fit\-out / interior works * Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and site execution * Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs * Good communication and coordination skills * Experience in GCC projects is an advantage Location: Bahrain Availability: Immediate / Short notice Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From BD350\.000 per month
