Site Engineer_Marble Factory

• Oversee the entire marble processing workflow, from raw block inspection to finished product dispatch, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production targets. • Manage and optimize the operation of marble cutting, polishing, and finishing machinery, troubleshooting technical issues to minimize downtime. • Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures at each stage of production, meticulously inspecting marble for defects and consistency. • Supervise and train a team of factory workers, fostering a safe and productive work environment while guiding them on best practices. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a marble or stone processing factory environment. • Proven track record in managing production lines and supervising skilled labor in a manufacturing setting. • In-depth knowledge of marble types, their properties, and optimal processing techniques (cutting, polishing, finishing).
