Site Engineer Civil - DM G+1 (Immediately Available)

Job Title: Site Engineer (DM Accredited – G+1 or Above) Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Availability: Immediate Joiners Only Job Summary Renova 360 is seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Accreditation of G+1 or Above to join our Construction Division. The ideal candidate should have strong UAE construction experience in managing site execution, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. Immediate availability is needed. Candidates serving a notice period will not be considered. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on site. • Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. • Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors, and Site Foremen. • Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. • Conduct site inspections and coordinate consultant and authority inspections. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. • Review shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, and material submittals. • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project milestones. • Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly. • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and company quality standards. • Maintain proper site documentation and records. Requirements • Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Accreditation – G+1 or Above (Mandatory). • Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as a Site Engineer in Construction or Contracting. • Strong experience in residential, commercial, villa, or high-rise building projects. • Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC requirements, and UAE building regulations. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project reporting software. • Experience with authority inspections and approvals. • UAE Driving Licence. • Experience working with UAE contracting companies. • Immediate joiners only Interested candidates who meet the above criteria may apply with their updated CV
