Site Engineer - Civil (Construction, Residential Apartments, Real Estate)

**Key Responsibilities:** **Project Execution:** * Supervise on\-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards. * Monitor work progress, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely execution of work. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure seamless site operations **Technical Oversight:** * Interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications. * Assist in resolving technical issues or site\-related problems in real\-time. * Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure work meets engineering standards. **Site Coordination \& Documentation:** * Prepare daily/weekly site reports and submit progress updates to management. * Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available on\-site as per the schedule. * Maintain accurate records of materials used, work done, and any site changes. **Safety \& Compliance:** * Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on\-site. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project\-specific guidelines. * Report and assist in investigating any incidents or near\-misses on\-site. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering discipline. * Minimum \[2–5] years of site\-based engineering experience in construction or infrastructure projects. * Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using construction software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.). * Knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and safety regulations. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. **** Work Location: In person
