Site Engineer – Acoustics / Interior Fit-Out

• Supervise site installation activities for acoustic systems. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and clients. • Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and method statements. • Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and project specifications. • Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. • Attend site meetings and coordinate technical issues. • Raise and close RFIs, MIRs, WIRs, and IRs. • Coordinate inspections with consultants and main contractors. • Verify installed quantities and assist QS with measurements. • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements. • Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics. • Prepare snag lists and ensure timely close-out of defects. • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. • 3–5 years of UAE site engineering experience. • Experience in interior fit-out, acoustic works, drywall, ceilings, or MEP is preferred. • Good understanding of construction drawings. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. • UAE Driving License is preferred. • Immediate joiners are preferred.
