Site Construction Superintendent

**Job Summary:** Generis Developers is seeking an experienced Site Construction Superintendent to manage day\-to\-day site operations, coordinate sub\-contractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure commercial and residential building projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead daily on\-site construction operations, trade scheduling, subcontractor workflow, and material deliveries to keep projects moving on schedule. * Review structural blueprints, architectural plans, and engineering specs to verify that work complies with quality standards and design intent. * Direct site safety inspections, conduct daily toolbox talks, and strictly enforce OSHA regulations, building codes, and safety protocols. * Identify field constructability issues, material shortages, or schedule delays, taking quick corrective action to mitigate project impact. * Collaborate closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and municipal inspectors during site walkthroughs and structural approvals. * Maintain detailed daily construction logs, weather delay records, labor hours, and safety incident reports for corporate leadership. **Key Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 5–8 years of hands\-on site superintendency experience in commercial, residential, or mixed\-use construction. * **Certifications:** OSHA 30\-Hour Certification required; First Aid/CPR preferred. * **Skills:** Proficient in reading complex construction drawings, short\-interval scheduling, site logistics, and trade management. * **Competencies:** Strong site leadership, sharp conflict resolution under tight deadlines, high safety focus, and clear verbal communication. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼٢٣٬٥٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
