Job description
* علن **شركة مقاولات عامة في دولة الكويت** عن حاجتها إلى مهندس معماري / مدني للعمل لديها فورا ، وفقاً للشروط التالية:
* العمر من **30 إلى 40 سنة**.
* خبرة عملية لا تقل عن **5 إلى 7 سنوات داخل دولة الكويت**.
* خبرة قوية في **أعمال التشطيبات** للقسائم السكنية الخاصة والاستثمارية والتجارية.
* أن يكون المتقدم **مقيماً في دولة الكويت**.
* أن يكون **معتمداً لدى جمعية المهندسين الكويتية**.
* لديه معرفة كاملة بـ **السوق الكويتي ومتطلبات تنفيذ المشاريع**.
* خبرة في متابعة وإدارة أعمال التشطيبات بالموقع والتنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين.
* **رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية**.
* **سيارة خاصة**.
* القدرة على المتابعة الميدانية وإدارة الأعمال والتنسيق مع فريق العمل.
**يفضل من لديه خبرة فعلية في إدارة ومتابعة مشاريع التشطيبات والقسائم داخل الكويت.**
