Showroom Sales Executive

Job Purpose We are looking for a presentable, energetic and customer\-focused Showroom Sales Executive with Arabic communication skills to manage showroom sales, customer service, product presentation, order processing and daily sales activities. The candidate should be confident in explaining products, recommending suitable items and converting inquiries into sales. Candidate Profile * Presentable, energetic and customer\-focused. * Confident in Arabic communication and good in English. * Friendly, professional and sales\-oriented. * Good at product explanation, customer engagement and follow\-up. * Organized, responsible and willing to learn beauty and salon product ranges. * Motivated to achieve targets and earn additional performance incentives. * Showroom Sales \& Customer Service * Welcome customers and provide professional assistance. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. * Explain product features, benefits, usage and pricing clearly. * Promote company brands, offers, new arrivals and focus products. * Convert walk\-in, phone and WhatsApp inquiries into sales. * Achieve assigned individual and showroom sales targets. * Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately. * Follow up with customers regarding quotations, pending orders and repeat purchases. * Maintain strong relationships with Arabic\- and English\-speaking customers. Product \& Showroom Management * Maintain attractive and professional product displays. * Ensure products are correctly arranged, labelled and priced. * Monitor showroom stock and report low\-stock items for replenishment. * Coordinate with Warehouse for stock transfer and order preparation. * Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards. * Support product launches, promotions, demonstrations and special offers * **Ensure current price lists and promotional materials are available.** * Performance \& Incentive Responsibilities * Achieve and exceed assigned showroom sales targets. * Increase average bill value through professional upselling and cross\-selling. * Promote new arrivals, priority brands and management\-selected focus products. * Build repeat business through customer follow\-up and good service. * Convert inquiries and quotations into confirmed sales. * Maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge. * Performance incentives may be linked to individual sales, showroom target achievement, focus\-product sales, upselling, customer conversion and overall KPI performance. Reporting \& CoordinationQualifications \& Experience * Prepare daily sales and customer inquiry reports. * Report customer feedback, product demand and requested items. * Maintain records of quotations, orders and follow\-ups. * Provide feedback on fast\-moving, slow\-moving and requested products. * Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse and Management teams. * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Preferably 1\-3 years of showroom, retail, counter sales or customer service experience. * Previous experience in cosmetics, beauty, salon products, retail or FMCG is an advantage. * Arabic language knowledge is required. * Good English communication skills. * Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office. * Experience in POS or ERP systems is an advantage. * Qatar/GCC experience is preferred. Salary \& Performance Incentives Salary: QAR 3,000 \- 3,500 per month Attractive sales and performance incentives are available in addition to salary. Incentives may be paid monthly and/or quarterly based on individual sales achievement, showroom target performance, focus\-product sales, customer conversion, upselling/cross\-selling and overall performance, subject to company policy.
