Handle daily sales transactions, assist with cash reconciliation, and prepare basic sales and performance reports. Work closely with team members to ensure smooth day\-to\-day store operations and excellent customer service. Respond to customer requests promptly and resolve concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Maintain proper product availability by restocking shelves and ensuring displays meet company standards. Assist with promotional activities, seasonal displays, and product launches to support store sales. #### **Job Experience Requirements** 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, store operations, or a similar role. Fresh candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Experience in FMCG, fashion, electronics, cosmetics, or other retail industries will be considered an advantage. Basic knowledge of cash handling, inventory control, merchandising, or point\-of\-sale systems is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer\-focused approach.
