Shift Supervisor – New European QSR Brand

We are building the opening team for a **new European restaurant brand launching in Qatar** and are looking for experienced **Assistant Managers and Shift Supervisors**. The ideal candidates will be energetic, organized, and comfortable leading a team in a busy QSR environment. **Responsibilities:** * Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations * Supervise staff during assigned shifts * Ensure food quality and service standards are maintained * Coordinate kitchen and front\-of\-house operations * Handle opening and closing duties * Assist with inventory and stock control * Train and support crew members * Resolve customer issues when required * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food\-safety standards **Requirements:** * Previous supervisory experience in QSR, restaurants, cafés, or hospitality * Strong communication and leadership skills * Ability to manage a team during busy service periods * Good customer\-service skills * Qatar/GCC experience preferred * Flexible with working hours, weekends, and late shifts **How to Apply:** Apply through Indeed with your updated CV.
