Shift Leader(Logistic) | Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced **Shift Leader – Logistics** to join a leading pipe manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia. ### **Key Requirements:** ✅ Good command of English (spoken, written \& reading) ✅ Strong communication and leadership skills ✅ Engineering, Commerce, or Computer Science degree preferred ✅ Experience preparing daily/monthly reports and attending operational meetings ✅ Ability to conduct training sessions and communicate effectively with the team ✅ Good HSE knowledge (certifications preferred) with the ability to assess workplace safety risks ✅ Hands\-on experience with **SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS)** ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications ✅ Physically fit to work in indoor/outdoor GCC weather conditions ✅ Willing to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays ✅ Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing work plans ✅ Experience leading and managing multinational shop floor teams ✅ Basic knowledge of lifting equipment ✅ Experience in pipe plant warehouse management will be an added advantage **Experience**: Min. 3 years **Qualification:** Bachelors Degree
