Sheet Metal Fabricator

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and production processes, ensuring precision in each step. • Utilize CNC machines and other fabrication tools to cut, bend, and shape sheet metal with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. • Conduct quality control inspections at various stages of production, identifying defects and implementing corrective measures promptly. • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to provide feedback on design feasibility and suggest improvements for manufacturability. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in sheet metal fabrication is preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a sheet metal fabrication environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of the craft. • Relevant certifications in welding or fabrication techniques, such as AWS or NCCER, to validate skills and knowledge. • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
