**Service Delivery Manager** **Do you thrive on managing complexity?** **Do you enjoy developing innovative solutions for our global customers?** **Partner with the best** As a Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure that our Baker Hughes maximizes its short\- and long\-term revenue, profit and cash collection by enabling flawless accomplishment, on time of delivery and cash collection. As a Service Delivery Manager \- Pressure Pumping, you will be responsible for: * Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non\-negotiables and our cultural pillars. * Collaborating with sales teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned areas to understand the activity forecast. * Ensuring flawless execution and on\-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume. * Ensuring that the team fully understands the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio. * Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans * Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility. **Fuel your passion** **To be successful in this role you will:** * Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant, related subject. * More than 14 years of experience in the oilfield services industry. * Proven experience in the Cementing business and operations. * At least 3 years of sales experience, with a track record of driving business growth. * Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of 80\+ employees. * Successfully led initiatives focused on cost reduction, project optimization, and operational efficiency, delivering measurable business value and supporting sustainable business performance. * Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring and developing teams in global matrix environment * Be a motivated self\-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems * Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
