Service Technician

• Conduct thorough diagnostics on a variety of equipment to identify malfunctions and provide accurate repair solutions. • Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns, minimizing downtime for clients. • Install new equipment and systems according to manufacturer specifications, ensuring safety and functionality from the start. • Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues and repair options, promoting transparency and trust. • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a technical field is preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service technician role, preferably in the relevant industry. • Certifications such as HVAC, electrical, or mechanical are highly desirable for specialized fields. • Proven track record of troubleshooting and repairing complex systems efficiently.
