Service Manager - Oman

Bring your energy to Aggreko as **Service Manager** based in **Oman** You will be responsible for driving the depot team efficiently to deliver best in class service to the client and always ensuring maximum availability of equipment being maintained and serviced in line with Aggreko policies and procedures **What you’ll do as** **Service Manager****:** * Manage the depot service team to achieve forecasted goals and effectively manage P\&L related responsibilities whilst implementing cost control measures within published guidelines and authority levels \& providing (Power \& TC) \& ancillaries to support Oman \& other ME regions as \& when required. * Active involvement \& leading the management of CDH, GSCS, Audits \& PAV of the depot by carrying out regular inspections \& support as applicable. * Driving preset global operational directives \& carrying out monthly cost analysis in line with the depot’s target \& set KPIs. * Conduct induction, performance appraisal, development, and training of direct reports \& technical support to the clients and internal teams where applicable. * Aggreko places a strong emphasis on Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental protection. It is a requirement and moral obligation of each employee to be actively committed and accountable for compliance to the Aggreko Health, Safety \& Environmental policies, procedures and local legislation, and ensure completion and validity of all minimum QHSE training and objectives required by the company. * Any other duties considered related essential for effective operations and service as requested. **Here’s what you’ll get:** * Must have experience previously in rental business \& at supervisory level. * Higher Education qualification in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent qualifications with extensive knowledge and experience in mechanical or electrical field or both. * Possession of valid local Driving License as per the need of the business and the ability to travel as \& when required. * Fluent command of English language, spoken and written with effective communication. * Good Keyboard skills and Computer literate. Must be able to do documentation, soft reporting \& analysis. * Capable of working on his own initiatives. Quality oriented with attention to details and capable of working to deadlines.
