Service Engineer - Metal Cutting Machine Tool

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on CNC metal cutting machine tools, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. • Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing to maximize machine performance and longevity. • Install, commission, and start-up new machine tools at customer sites, ensuring proper integration and initial operation. • Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through solutions. • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. • Hold relevant certifications in CNC machine repair, specific machine tool brands (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens), or industrial automation. • Demonstrate 5+ years of hands-on experience servicing CNC machining centers, lathes, mills, or grinding machines. • Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
