Service Delivery Manager

Role Overview KEEPERS BAHRAIN is currently recruiting a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of operational services while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service activities, monitoring performance, and supporting continuous service improvements across the organization. Key Responsibilities * Manage the day\-to\-day delivery of operational services to ensure consistent performance. * Coordinate with internal teams to support service objectives and operational priorities. * Monitor service quality and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience. * Establish and maintain service procedures that support business operations. * Review service performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. * Assist in planning resources to ensure service commitments are achieved. * Resolve operational issues through effective communication and coordination with relevant departments. * Maintain accurate operational records and service documentation. * Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and quality standards. * Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners. Candidate Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery, operations management, or customer service management. * Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service quality. * Good analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Good command of English. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
