**Service Crew – Duties and Responsibilities** * Greet customers warmly and provide a positive dining or service experience * Take customer orders accurately and efficiently * Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards * Operate cash registers and handle payments correctly * Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms * Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times * Assist customers with inquiries, menu details, and special requests * Ensure orders are completed correctly and delivered promptly * Restock supplies and ingredients as needed * Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations * Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary * Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations * Support opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup * Overtime opportunities are available, with attractive additional earnings for eligible overtime hours.
