Upselling and cross selling all products and services to walk-ins Daily Float reconciliations for each Point of Service • Customer Service Support Interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner, actively listening to their concerns, inquiries, and feedback. present our product in convincing manner. Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively Escalate walk-in customer issues and follow through for timely resolutions. • Performance tracking and evaluation Review the progress on actual vs target per KPI per POS Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets. Collaborate with other Service Ambassadors, as well as cross-functional teams such as sales, technical support, or back-office operations, sales operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Reporting Daily update to the line manager about activities of the day while recording major customer issues. • Previous experience in cashiering or financial services in sales (UAE or home country experience accepted). • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
