Service Advisor

* Receive customers and understand their vehicle service or repair requirements. * Inspect vehicles with the customer and record reported issues accurately. * Prepare job cards and provide customers with details of required services or repairs. * Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure jobs are properly assigned and completed. * Provide customers with updates on repair progress, estimated completion times, and additional work requirements. * Prepare service quotations and obtain customer approval before proceeding with additional repairs. * Explain completed repairs, replaced parts, and service charges to customers. * Coordinate vehicle delivery and ensure all required documents are completed. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service\-related concerns professionally. * Follow up with customers regarding pending repairs, service schedules, and feedback. * Maintain accurate records of service orders, customer details, and vehicle history. * Ensure compliance with workshop procedures, safety standards, and customer service policies.
