Senior Video Editor **Location: Bahrain \| Full\-time** bMedia is looking for an experienced **Senior Video Editor** to join our creative production team in Bahrain. (Ideally Arabic speaking) We’re looking for someone who understands that great editing is much more than assembling shots. You should have a strong sense of **storytelling, rhythm, emotion, music, sound and visual flow** — and the ability to take raw footage and shape it into a polished film that feels intentional from the first frame to the last. You’ll work across commercials, corporate films, branded content, event films, social campaigns and larger productions for clients across Bahrain and the GCC. What you'll be doing * Editing commercials, corporate films, branded content, interviews and event films * Taking projects from raw footage through offline edit, revisions and final delivery * Building strong narrative structure and pacing * Selecting the strongest takes, performances and visual moments * Working closely with directors and producers to execute the creative vision * Editing to music and building strong visual rhythm * Working with sound design, music, voice\-over and dialogue * Performing basic colour correction and preparing projects for final grading when required * Integrating motion graphics, titles, CGI and VFX elements into edits * Preparing different versions and cutdowns for social media and digital platforms * Organising projects, media, proxies and archive material efficiently * Managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining consistent quality * Supporting junior editors and contributing to the overall post\-production workflow What we're looking for * Several years of professional video editing experience * A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating high\-quality commercial or branded work * Excellent storytelling instincts and understanding of pacing * Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve * Good understanding of colour, codecs, formats and professional post\-production workflows * Strong music selection and sound\-design sensibility * Ability to work confidently with multicamera footage, interviews and large media projects * Experience with After Effects and motion graphics is a strong advantage * Knowledge of AI\-assisted production and post\-production tools is an advantage * Strong attention to detail * Ability to receive creative feedback and translate it quickly into effective revisions * Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects * Good communication skills and a professional attitude What matters to us We are looking for an editor with **taste**. Someone who understands when to cut — and when not to. Someone who can take ordinary footage and find the story inside it. Someone who notices the details: the extra two frames, the sound before the cut, the moment in a performance, the rhythm of a sequence, the transition that makes everything suddenly work.
