Senior Supervisor – Kitchen Hood Cleaning We are seeking an experienced and responsible **Senior Supervisor – Kitchen Hood Cleaning** to supervise and coordinate our kitchen hood cleaning operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily site activities, supervising cleaning teams, maintaining service quality and safety standards, and ensuring smooth coordination with customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen hood cleaning teams and site operations. * Ensure all assigned jobs are completed safely, professionally, and according to company standards. * Monitor staff attendance, productivity, work quality, and overall team performance. * Coordinate work schedules, site visits, and customer requirements. * Conduct site inspections before, during, and after service when required. * Ensure proper completion of service reports and operational documentation. * Communicate professionally with customers and address operational concerns. * Monitor the proper use and availability of equipment, cleaning materials, chemicals, and PPE. * Ensure the team follows company health and safety procedures. * Identify potential additional service requirements at customer sites and report opportunities to management. * Prepare basic daily and weekly operational reports. **Requirements** * Previous experience in a **supervisory or team leadership role**. * Experience in **kitchen hood cleaning, commercial cleaning, maintenance, facilities management, or a related field** is preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Ability to coordinate multiple jobs and manage site operations effectively. * Good customer service and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned operations. * Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when operationally required. **Career Development** This role offers an opportunity for career progression based on performance, leadership ability, and operational results.
