Job description
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Master's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related field are preferred.
* Licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent
* **Minimum fifteen (15\) years of overall professional experience**
* With relevant trainings/seminars on the field of expertise
* With experience in structural design
* **Must be willing to work overseas**
