### **General Information** Ref \# 235561 Location Qatar\-Doha Job family Corporate \& Commercial * Closing Date: 2026\-09\-03 ### **Description** **About the role** As a Senior Strategic Alliances Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable business insights to support decision\-making across Qatar Airways' strategic partnership portfolio, identify opportunities to maximize partnership value, and enable the development of strategies that enhance commercial performance, customer reach, and operational effectiveness. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining performance dashboards, lead analytical workstreams, support partnership negotiations with data\-driven insights, and deliver ad hoc analyses, and strategic projects that contribute to the growth and success of Qatar Airways' partnership network. **Key responsibilities include:** Identify top\-line and bottom\-line opportunities, initiate and coordinate implementation projects across all business areas, including Passenger business, Cargo, Procurement, Technical workstreams. * Develop and deliver dashboards, reports and presentations that help the department understand performance, identify opportunities, and drive business growth. * Analyse partnership performance and identify incremental benefits to enhance QR's network reach and strategic positioning. * Support with the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and targets. * Drive analytics innovation and continuous improvement utilizing advanced analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies. * Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve data quality, data collection mechanisms, and data usage (collection, preparation, processing, and analysis) efficiency. * Maintain proper documentation of processes and deliverables to ensure transparency and organization in the team. * Lead and coordinate meetings and working groups, both internal and external as required. * Support the promotion, management and organization of all Alliance and Partnerships initiatives across the company, with both internal and external stakeholders. * Manage ad\-hoc requests related to Strategic Alliances within PRM, Sales, Distribution, Network Planning, Marketing, Procurement, Technical, Cargo and other divisions which add value to the QR partnership business. * Perform other department duties as assigned. **Be part of an extraordinary story** Your skills. Together, everything is possible. ### **Qualification** **About You** We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Alliance \& Partnerships Team * Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Aviation, Business Administration, Commerce, Science and Engineering, Finance, Legal, Mathematical or Statistical related field * 4\+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Revenue Management, Sales, Network Planning, Strategy or Airline Partnerships * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate large volumes of data with commensurate confidence using tools such as SQL, BigQuery, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, etc. * Ability to perform data mining and detailed analysis with accuracy and thoroughness * Ability to review, interpret, and present market research and/or reports * Experience with AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics * Ability to work in a multi\-cultural team in cooperation with others but also independently with high level of integrity * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Good command of written and spoken English **About Qatar Airways Group** Our story started with four aircraft.
