Support line manager with preparation and monitoring of annual budget, ensure compliance with Alliance and Partnerships requirements, and develop into a core subject matter expert within Strategic Alliances division. Lead and coordinate the work streams across all business areas, both internally and externally, supporting with the promotion, management and organization of all Strategic Alliances initiatives across company, both with internal and external stakeholders. Responsible to analyse and report partnership performance and KPls and identify incremental benefits to enhance Qatar Airways (QR) network reach and strategic positioning and responsible to manage ad\-hoc alliance request relating to Strategic Alliances both internally and externally , which add value to the QR business. **Key Responsibilities:** Unlock value from existing or new alliances, including opportunity identification, business case approval, project implementation and ongoing value creation. * Identify top\-line and bottom\-line opportunities, initiate and coordinate implementation projects across all business areas, including Passenger business, Cargo, Procurement, Technical workstreams. * Lead and coordinate meetings and working groups, both internal and external as required. * Support with the promotion, management and organisation of all Alliance and Partnership initiatives across the company, both with internal and external stakeholders. * Analyse Alliance and Partnership performance and KPls and identify incremental benefits to enhance QR's network reach and strategic positioning. * Support with the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget. * Ensure compliance with alliance requirements where applicable. * Manage seasonal codeshare approval process in compliance with the respective civil aviation authorities' requirements. * Manage ad\-hoc alliance requests relating to Strategic Alliances within PRM, Sales, Distribution, Network Planning, Marketing, Procurement, Technical, Cargo and other divisions which add value to the QR partnership business. * Manage business case approval process on behalf of the alliance planning teams. * Support department head with preparation and monitoring of the performance of Strategic Alliances. * Ensure timely delivery of all partnership projects and initiatives by managing the project tracking process. * Perform other department duties as assigned **Be Part of an Extraordinary Story** Bring your skills, imagination, and ambition to a place where there are no limits to what you can achieve. Together, we make everything possible. ### **Qualification** **About You** Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job\-related experience Preferred * Master's degree or equivalent * Previous corporate planning experience * Experience in Transportation, and/or related roles * Management consulting or advisory related experience a plus Project Management experience also advantageous **Job Specific Skills:** Essential * Deep understanding of commercial aviation, strategic planning and business management * Good command of written and spoken English * Able to cope under pressure and work to tight deadlines * Able to prioritise appropriately and dynamically * Ability to perform detailed analysis in excel with accuracy and thoroughness * Ability to perform key data mining * Ability to produce management\-ready presentations in PowerPoint * Ability to review and interpret market research and/or reports * Ability to engage and influence peers at all levels across the business both to technical and nontechnical audiences with high levels of maturity * Ability to work in a multi\-cultural team in cooperation with others but also independently High level of integrity * Willingness to travel and work long hours when required Preferred * Comprehensive understanding of commercial aviation economics * Knowledge of analysis and modelling techniques is desired * Statistical analysis using various tools i.e. SAS, SQL, Access, Excel (and associated macros), Oracle, VBA and/or other relevant programming languages **About Qatar Airways Group** Our story began with four aircraft, and today we excel across twelve united businesses.
