Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. **Job Description:** Parsons is seeking an experienced **Senior Specialist \- AI Solution Architecture** to support the development of AI\-enabled solutions across transportation, mobility, and digital transformation programmes. In this role you will role will provide technical leadership in the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies, helping clients define technology strategies, solution architectures, and implementation roadmaps. **What You'll Be Doing:** * Lead the design of AI\-enabled solutions and technical architectures supporting transportation, mobility, and digital transformation initiatives. * Define solution architectures covering AI platforms, data flows, integration approaches, application services, APIs, cloud environments, and operational systems. * Assess existing technology environments and identify opportunities to apply AI, Generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation capabilities. * Support the development and technical assessment of AI use cases, including feasibility, scalability, dependencies, and implementation considerations. * Define architecture principles, technical standards, and technology requirements for AI\-enabled solutions. * Develop conceptual and logical architecture models, solution designs, and implementation approaches. * Work with data, analytics, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and operationally sustainable. * Support the selection and evaluation of AI technologies, platforms, tools, and implementation partners. * Provide technical oversight of AI solution development, testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities. * Define model deployment, monitoring, performance management, and lifecycle management approaches for AI\-enabled solutions. * Support proof\-of\-concept initiatives, pilot deployments, and production implementation activities. * Provide technical assurance and quality reviews of AI\-related deliverables and solution designs. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** * Technical degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. * 10 years of professional experience in solution architecture, AI solutions, analytics platforms, or digital technology delivery. * Experience designing and implementing AI, machine learning, Generative AI, analytics, or intelligent automation solutions. * Strong understanding of AI solution architecture, application integration, APIs, cloud platforms, data platforms, and enterprise technology environments. * Demonstrable experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, machine learning solutions, or advanced analytics platforms. * Experience supporting AI deployment, model operationalisation, monitoring, performance management, and lifecycle governance. * Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, testing, and production deployment practices. * Experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems, operational technologies, geospatial platforms, or digital business applications. * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non\-technical audiences. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and solution design capabilities. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** * Experience within transportation, mobility, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), smart cities, or infrastructure environments. * Experience with vector databases, AI orchestration frameworks, knowledge management platforms, and intelligent search solutions. * Understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI, cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements. * Experience supporting digital twin, decision\-support, operational intelligence, or predictive analytics solutions. * Professional certifications in AI, cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, or related technologies. * Experience working in the Middle East region. * Arabic language skills are an advantage.
