Senior site architect /UPDA Grade A

**Job Summary:** EGEC Qatar is seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented Site Architect Engineer to oversee on\-site architectural works and ensure that execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and local building codes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the architectural quality and compliance throughout the construction phase. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor on\-site architectural works to ensure compliance with design documents. * Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and engineers to resolve design and construction issues. * Review and comment on shop drawings and material submittals. * Conduct site inspections and address architectural discrepancies. * Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, and environmental regulations. * Support quality control processes to align with design intent and company standards. * Attend site meetings and report architectural progress and issues. * Collaborate with project management teams to meet project timelines. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. * 15 years of relevant experience, * UPDA Grade A * Strong knowledge of construction techniques, detailing, and materials. * Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural tools. * Familiarity with local building regulations and permitting processes. * Strong communication and coordination skills.
