**Company:** RMH United SPC **Business:** Fashion House \& Boutique **Location:** Muscat, Oman **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Position Overview RMH United SPC is seeking an experienced and professionally driven **Senior Sales \& Marketing Executive / Specialist**to support the continued growth of our fashion house and boutique. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to the achievement of company sales and business development objectives. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales and promotional activities in line with company objectives * Identify and develop new business opportunities, customer segments, and potential corporate accounts * Establish and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers * Conduct customer visits, meetings, and product presentations as required * Manage customer enquiries, leads, follow\-ups, and sales opportunities from initial contact through to completion * Promote company products, collections, seasonal offers, and promotional campaigns * Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives * Monitor market conditions, customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities * Provide management with regular sales activity, customer development, and performance reports * Analyze sales performance and provide practical recommendations to improve results * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow\-ups, and sales activities * Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall sales performance * Ensure all customer interactions are conducted professionally and in accordance with company standards * Achieve agreed sales, customer acquisition, and performance targets * Perform other relevant sales and marketing duties assigned by management Candidate Requirements * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a similar position * Previous experience in retail, fashion, luxury, or customer\-focused industries will be an advantage * Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills * Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into sales * Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow\-up skills * Professional appearance and communication style * Self\-motivated, organized, and results\-oriented * Ability to work independently while maintaining effective coordination with the wider team * Good understanding of sales and marketing practices * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools * Knowledge of the Oman market and customer base will be an advantage Preferred Candidate Profile We are seeking a professional who demonstrates **initiative, accountability, strong communication, and a genuine commitment to achieving results**.
