We are currently seeking an ambitious person to be part of HSBC Global Trade Solutions (GTS) team who will deal with International Mid\-Market (IMM) clients and be responsible to lead with insight and creativity, originating differentiated trade, supply chain and receivables solutions that deepen relationships, unlock working capital and deliver sustainable revenue growth across the region **In this role, you will: \-** * Drive revenue growth across trade, supply chain finance and receivables solutions—building stronger, more profitable client partnerships. * Expand share of wallet within existing relationships, including increasing penetration across group entities and key decision\-makers. * Originate new business by identifying “new\-to\-bank” and “new\-to\-trade” opportunities and converting them into scalable revenue streams. * Shape winning solutions by partnering with product, structuring, distribution, implementation and client service teams to deliver seamless execution—especially for complex, cross\-border transactions. * Lead market\-facing insight: stay ahead of industry trends, client needs and competitive dynamics, translating them into compelling client propositions. * Act as a trusted senior client partner, influencing executives with clear commercial narratives, disciplined pricing and thoughtful risk awareness. * Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen GTS performance, capability and client impact—while operating within HSBC’s policies and frameworks. **To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:** * Strong experience in trade finance and working capital solutions, including structured and cross\-border transactions. * Proven senior sales track record with the ability to influence C\-suite and treasury decision\-makers. * Excellent commercial judgement, negotiation and communication skills—comfortable presenting complex ideas simply. * Solid working knowledge of credit and risk, including practical mitigation techniques. * Strong prioritisation and delivery focus—able to move at pace and meet critical deadlines. * A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up\-to\-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).
