Senior Sales lead for Porcelain/Ceramics/Sanitaryware Showroom

Highly motivated sales representative; expected to greet \& welcome showroom visitors, giving them an overview of the items offered at the establishment and walking them through the different offerings. Answer any questions they may have, being able to convert serious inquirers to purchasing clients. Products handled will be or multiple countries of origin, with the goal being to encourage clients to purchase higher end European brands increasing the value of their properties as well as providing a higher quality product. Engagement will be with all of the following: the consumer, to the contractors/architects. and other showrooms/traders. Record keeping of visitors interests will be required in order to follow up with past visitors in a timely manner. Ability to highlight strengths of product when compared to cheaper products. Showing the value add of higher end products Establish and maintain/develop strong relationships with past/new clients Proactively stay up to date with market conditions and prices Experience with Microsoft office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook Organize work and delegate tasks to sales team member as needed Keep track of conversion rates of customers Using on the ground experience report to management any issues or market trends. Further, report customer interests and ways to potentially increase revenue.
