Job Description: Senior Risk Engineer Abu Dhabi Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Risk Engineer to join our PMC team on a major infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will lead risk management and quantitative risk analysis activities across infrastructure projects, supporting effective decision-making and mitigation planning throughout project delivery. What You'll Be Doing: • Lead risk management activities including risk identification, assessment, response planning, and ongoing monitoring. • Facilitate risk workshops and maintain an accurate, up-to-date risk register (threats/opportunities, owners, actions, status). • Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) for cost and schedule. • Interface with key stakeholders, attending regular meetings and ensuring alignment on risk management practices. • Develop mitigation strategies, track implementation of risk responses and report changes in risk exposure. • Prepare and present risk reports and analytics, communicating trends, key risks, and recommended actions. • Support resolution of complex risk issues related to design changes, construction impacts, and schedule delays. • Bachelor s degree in civil engineering or construction management or related field. • Minimum of 15 years post-graduate experience in relevant infrastructure projects, including utilities projects (preferably in the wastewater/water/sewerage sectors). • Hands-on experience with Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran Risk, Active Risk Management (ARM) and quantitative risk techniques. • Strong expertise in QRA and risk modelling. • Strong client-facing communication skills, including the ability to present risk outputs and recommendations to senior stakeholders. • Advanced experience applying Monte Carlo methods for schedule/cost risk. • Knowledge of industry standards and best pra
