Parsons is seeking a dynamic and visually-driven Senior Reporting Manager to lead the development, synthesis, and presentation of high-level project performance data for major infrastructure projects in Tabuk. In this role, you will go beyond traditional data tables. You will leverage your background in arts, design, and graphics to transform complex engineering and construction data into highly visual, intuitive, and executive-ready reports and dashboards for senior leadership and client stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
• Data Visualization & Reporting: Lead the design, production, and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc project reports. Convert raw infrastructure project metrics into compelling visual narratives.
• Dashboard Management: Oversee the creation of interactive, graphic-rich dashboards that track KPIs, schedule progress, and financial health.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with Project Directors, PMO teams, and construction managers to gather data and ensure reporting alignment with client expectations.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all written and visual reporting materials maintain the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior reporting staff and data analysts on best practices for visual storytelling and report design.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in project reporting, PMO controls, or corporate communications, specifically within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects .
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Design, Graphic Design , Communications , or a closely related field.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience in graphic design and data visualization . Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign) alongside standard PMO reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Primavera P6 integration, or Tableau) is highly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to present complex data clearly to executive-level stakeholders.
• Location Readiness: Willingness to be based full-time in Tabuk, KSA and thrive in a fast-paced, mega-project environment.
