We're looking for a **Senior Recruiter** who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, solving hiring challenges, and influencing recruitment outcomes through insight and expertise. This role supports a key client account in the Middle East and requires a recruiter who can build strong relationships with hiring managers, advise on hiring strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. **This is a fully on\-site role based in Damman, requiring attendance in the client's office five days per week.** If you're passionate about talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and delivering high\-quality hiring solutions in a fast\-paced environment, you might be exactly who we're looking for. ### **Key Accountabilities** ### **What you'll do:** * Partner with senior hiring managers and business leaders to provide consultative recruitment support and market expertise. * Lead vacancy briefing discussions and define recruitment strategies aligned to business needs. * Collaborate with sourcing teams to develop effective attraction strategies and ensure strong talent pipelines. * Provide hiring managers with insights on talent availability, market trends, competitor activity, and hiring expectations. * Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake through to offer acceptance and onboarding. * Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. * Lead complex offer negotiations and support hiring managers in making informed hiring decisions. * Build and maintain proactive talent pools to support future hiring demand. * Use recruitment data and funnel metrics to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve hiring outcomes. * Partner effectively with sourcing, administration, and wider delivery teams to ensure seamless execution. * Support and coach colleagues on recruitment best practices, client culture, and delivery excellence. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic recruitment projects. ### **Skills \& Requirements** #### **Must Have** * Proven experience managing end\-to\-end recruitment within an in\-house, RPO, or agency environment * Experience recruiting within the Oil \& Gas, Energy, Engineering, Construction, or related sectors. * Experience supporting hiring across the Middle East region. * Strong stakeholder management skills, including partnering with senior hiring managers and business leaders. * Experience leading recruitment strategy discussions and advising stakeholders on market insights and hiring approaches. * Strong communication, influencing, and relationship\-building skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast\-paced environment. * Experience using ATS and recruitment technologies. * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. * Fluency in both Arabic and English both written and spoken. * Ability and willingness to work on\-site in Dubai five days per week. ### **Nice to Have** * Experience coaching or mentoring recruiters or recruitment support teams. * Strong understanding of talent market mapping and pipelining strategies. * Additional language skills. ### **Why AMS?** At AMS, we come from every walk of life \- and that’s what makes us unique.
