We are seeking a highly skilled and detail\-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. **What You'll Be Doing:** * Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects. * Analyze project costs and identify opportunities for cost savings. * Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets. * Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and contracts. * Evaluate contractor bids and provide recommendations for award. * Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes to ensure value for money. * Collaborate with the PMC team to ensure project milestones are met within budget and schedule. * Provide cost\-related insights and recommendations during project planning and execution. * Assist in risk management and mitigation strategies related to project costs. * Manage contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions. * Monitor variations and claims, ensuring proper documentation and resolution. * Prepare and submit progress reports, valuations, and final accounts. * Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth communication and project delivery. * Provide regular updates on cost\-related matters to stakeholders. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field. * Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably with exposure to PMC and CS roles. * Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration. * Familiarity with design review processes and ability to identify cost implications. * Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, cost management tools). * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** * Experience working on large\-scale construction projects. * Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. * Certification in RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent is a plus.
