We are seeking an MRICS qualified Quantity Surveying professional with a passion for pre contract services, who wants to develop their career in a personable and professional environment. This role is based in Jeddah. **Key Responsibilities** Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Delivering pre contract cost management services + Managing commission to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the Gleeds procedures. + Positively engaging with Clients and developing, growing and maintaining Client relationships + Cost Planning \- developing and presenting + Cost Estimating \- validating and quantifying + Producing and presenting reports to Clients. + Advising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects * **Who we’re looking for:** **Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills** + MRICS Chartered + 10\+ years post graduate experience in pre contract quantity surveying + 2\+ years’ experience in Saudi Arabia + Experience with a top class cost consultancy + Experience of building projects and major mixed use developments + Sound knowledge and practical experience of pre contract cost management. + Practical knowledge of cost planning, estimating and benchmarking in Saudi Arabia + Fluent English communication skills \- both oral and written**Qualifications** + Degree in Quantity Surveying + MRICS or equivalent chartered status + Fluent English level written and oral skills * **Be part of the extraordinary** Every day at Gleeds, we influence the way people around the world live, work and travel.
