Job description

• Tendering and Estimation: Leading tender submissions, conducting quantity take-offs for aluminum/glass, and preparing technical clarifications and pricing. • Contractual & Financial Control: Reviewing contract documents, preparing monthly payment applications (interim payments), and managing subcontractor payments. • Variation and Claim Management: Identifying, evaluating, and negotiating variations (change orders) and claims, ensuring proper documentation to protect company profitability. • Project Costing: Monitoring project costs against budgets, forecasting cash flow, and implementing cost-saving measures. • Final Account Settlement: Negotiating final accounts with main contractors to ensure timely project closure. • Coordination & Leadership: Coordinating with design, procurement, and site teams while mentoring junior surveyors. • Experience: 7-10+ years in the façade, aluminum, or curtain wall industry, often specifically in the Middle East or region of operation managerial/supervisory experience. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications (aluminum/glass systems), and various contract forms (e.g., FIDIC). • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Excel), Odoo and estimation/take-off software.
