Job description
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
* Minimum 8–12 years' quantity surveying experience in building construction
* Demonstrable post\-award experience across architectural, civil/structural and finishing packages.
* Proven track record in detailed measurement, interim valuations and subcontractor certification. Exposure to variation pricing and final accounts is an advantage.
* Gulf / Qatar market experience strongly preferred; familiarity with local authority and utility requirements
* Experience working under FIDIC or comparable standard forms of contract.
