Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects • Manage contract administration, including preparation and negotiation of contract variations and claims under FIDIC contracts • Monitor project costs, track progress, and ensure adherence to budgets • Conduct risk analysis and provide advice on contractual issues and dispute resolution • Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to resolve commercial and contractual matters • Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and financial reports • Ensure compliance with local construction laws and regulations • Lead and mentor junior quantity surveyors and commercial staff • Coordinate with project teams for accurate measurement, valuation, and reporting • Assist in procurement processes and subcontractor management • We need candidates who is only available in UAE and possible location will be in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field • Strong knowledge and experience with FIDIC contracts • Good understanding of local construction laws and regulations • Proven skills in contract administration and claims management • Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
