Senior QAQC Inspector

Job Summary Elegancia Landscape KSA is hiring a Senior QA/QC Inspector to join one of its major projects in Riyadh, KSA . The ideal candidate must have strong QA/QC inspection experience in landscaping, infrastructure, or construction projects, with proven project delivery experience in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities, materials, workmanship, inspections, and documentation comply with project specifications, approved drawings, method statements, quality standards, and client requirements. • Key Responsibilities • Conduct daily QA/QC inspections for site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, method statements, and project quality requirements. • Inspect landscaping works, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, civil works, materials, and finishing activities as per approved standards. • Prepare and submit inspection requests, site inspection reports, quality checklists, and related QA/QC documentation. • Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams for inspections, approvals, and quality-related matters. • Monitor site execution to ensure compliance with project quality procedures and approved construction methodology. • Identify quality issues, raise observations or NCRs when required, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. • Verify that delivered materials comply with approved material submittals, samples, technical specifications, and project requirements. • Ensure all testing, inspection, and quality control activities are properly recorded and maintained. • Support the QA/QC Engineer and Project Team in achieving project quality objectives and successful project delivery. • Ensure that all works are completed in line with Saudi standards, project specifications, and client expectations. • Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Inspector, preferably in landscaping, infrastructure, civil, or construction projects. • Proven record of delivering projects in KSA , preferably in Riyadh or other major Saudi projects. • Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, ITPs, method statements, material inspections, NCRs, and quality documentation. • Experience in landscaping works, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation, paving, soil preparation, planting, and finishing works, is highly preferred. • Must have relevant QA/QC certifications required for the role. • Strong understanding of project specifications, approved drawings, inspection requirements, and consultant/client approval processes. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced project environment. • Candidates currently based in KSA will be preferred. Required Certifications • Relevant QA/QC certification or training. • Civil, landscaping, or construction quality inspection certification is preferred. • ISO 9001 / Quality Management System awareness or certification is an advantage. • Any additional project-specific QA/QC, inspection, or safety certifications will be highly preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented Senior QA/QC Inspector with hands-on project experience in Saudi Arabia, strong technical inspection skills, and a proven ability to support quality delivery on fast-track projects. He must be familiar with consultant inspections, site quality procedures, and documentation requirements for major projects in KSA.
