Senior QA/QC Inspector (Joinery) – Qatar

installation. • Monitor quality compliance in factory and project sites. • Prepare QA/QC reports, inspection records, and quality documentation. • Ensure compliance with client specifications, drawings, and international standards. • Identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions. • Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Project teams to ensure quality targets are achieved. • Participate in internal and external quality audits. • Ensure proper implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS). ✅ Minimum 5 years of total work experience ✅ Minimum 3 years of relevant QA/QC experience in Joinery, Woodworks, Fit-Out, Production, Factory, or Site Operations ✅ GCC experience is an advantage (minimum 2 years preferred) ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or related discipline) ✅ Diploma in Engineering or one of the following certifications: • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor • ASQ/ASQC Certified Quality Manager (CQM) • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) • Equivalent Quality Management Certification ✅ Strong knowledge of: • ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems • Inspection and Testing Procedures (ITP) • Quality Audits and NCR Management • Material Receiving and Final Inspection • Joinery Manufacturing Processes • Wood Finishing and Installation Standards • Fit-Out Quality Control Requirements
