Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex infrastructure and mega-development projects in the Tabuk region, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for the directional management and execution of multi-disciplinary engineering and construction packages from inception through to successful delivery. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring all project milestones are met safely, on time, and within budget. What You'll Be Doing Project Leadership: Provide end-to-end management, direction, and leadership for mega-infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with corporate objectives and client specifications. Stakeholder Management: Act as the principal liaison with clients, government authorities, subcontractors, and internal joint-venture partners to foster collaborative relationships. Scope & Schedule Control: Oversee the development of detailed project execution plans, master schedules, and financial budgets; proactively manage risks and variations. Quality & Safety: Enforce stringent HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality Assurance standards across all phases of the project lifecycle. Team Management: Mentor, guide, and manage a diverse team of project controls, engineering, and construction professionals to drive high-performance results. • Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in project management, specifically leading large-scale civil infrastructure, roads/bridges, urban development, or mega-projects. • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution. • Proven track record working within the Middle East (GCC region), with specific experience on Saudi Arabian giga-projects being a distinct advantage. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. • Fluency in English is required.
