QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline. • Professional certification such as PMP, PMI-SP, APM, RICS, or equivalent. • 12+ years of project and programme delivery experience, including 5+ years leading large-scale data centre, infrastructure, industrial, or energy projects. • Proven experience managing complex programmes with budgets exceeding USD 100 million. • Advanced expertise in Primavera P6, programme management, project controls, and Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling. • Strong capability in schedule risk analysis, forecasting, earned value management (EVM), and project performance reporting. • Sound financial, commercial, and contract management skills, including budgeting, claims, variations, and contractor management. • Excellent stakeholder management, executive reporting, Power BI analytics, and international project delivery experience. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Lead end-to-end delivery of international data centre and infrastructure projects from development through commissioning, handover, and operational readiness. • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality, procurement, risks, and stakeholder engagement to achieve project objectives.Develop and govern integrated Level 1, Level 2, and • Level 3 project schedules using Primavera P6, establishing baselines and monitoring performance. • Conduct critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and develop mitigation, recovery, acceleration, and scenario-planning strategies. • Coordinate design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and third-party interface activities to ensure seamless project execution. • Review and challenge contractor schedules, methodologies, resource plans, technical submissions, and progress reports to drive performance and compliance. • Lead programme controls activities including earned value management, forecasting, schedule analysis, KPI tracking, and executive reporting. • Support procurement planning, tendering, contractor selection, contract negotiations, and management of contractor performance against contractual obligations. • Assess and manage schedule and cost impacts arising from variations, claims, change requests, and contractual risks. • Monitor project budgets, commitments, cash flow forecasts, and financial performance while supporting business cases and investment evaluations. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project delivery risks, including dependencies related to power, utilities, permits, environmental approvals, and governance requirements. • Implement policies, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency, compliance, sustainability, and overall business performance.
