Senior Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of high-end interior fit-out projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget, schedule, quality standards, and client expectations. The role requires extensive experience in managing commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, and luxury fit-out projects while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments. Manage the complete project lifecycle from project award to final handover, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Develop project execution plans, monitor budgets, schedules, manpower, procurement activities, and overall project performance. Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, Commercial, QA/QC, HSE, MEP, and Joinery Factory teams to ensure smooth project execution. Lead client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Review project drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project specifications. Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and commercial performance in coordination with the Commercial and QS teams. Track project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project and implement recovery plans when required. Ensure compliance with company QA/QC procedures, HSE regulations, and industry standards throughout project execution. Identify project risks, resolve technical and commercial issues proactively, and maintain proper project documentation. Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective coordination, performance, and successful project delivery. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, or Interior Design. PMP or Project Management certification is an added advantage. Experience Minimum 10+ years of experience in Interior Fit-Out Projects, with at least 3–5 years in a Senior Project Manager role Proven UAE/GCC experience delivering commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, corporate office, and luxury interior fit-out projects. Strong experience working with developers, consultants, contractors, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs). Experience with leading Interior Fit-Out contractors in the UAE/GCC is highly preferred. Established relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers within the UAE market will be an advantage.
