Senior Product Owner

Position Overview: This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to shape the future of digital banking. As an **AI** **Product Owner at SBS,** you will owns the DE AI use\-case backlog end\-to\-end — from validated concept to production release — and is the single accountable interface between the DE product squads, the SBS AI Platform team and DE Engineering. Responsibilities: * Own the DE AI use\-case backlog: discover, validate, prioritise and sequence use cases across DBS, OB and Premium AI. * Translate use cases into engineering\-ready specs with acceptance criteria, evaluation metrics and guardrails. * Act as the DE liaison into the SBS AI Platform team and AI Council. * Run the post\-launch feedback loop: adoption, quality, drift and iteration. Qualifications: * 5\+ years in product ownership / product engineering, ideally 1–2 on AI or ML\-powered products. * Hands\-on with LLMs, experience with RAG, agentic patterns, evaluation frameworks and guardrail design. * Banking / financial services domain knowledge (DB, OB, payments, KYC/AML preferred). * Strong backlog discipline and written specs; comfortable with probabilistic systems and trade\-offs.
