Senior Product Designer **Company:** Dragoni Design Lab **Location:** Nizwa, Ad Dakhiliyah Governorate, Oman **Area:** Falaj Daris Area **Salary:** OMR 1,600 per month **Job Type:** Full\-time Job Overview Dragoni Design Lab is seeking an experienced and creative **Senior Product Designer** to lead the design and development of innovative, user\-focused products. The successful candidate will work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams to transform customer needs and business requirements into practical, visually compelling, and high\-quality product experiences. Key Responsibilities * Lead the end\-to\-end product design process from research and concept development through final delivery. * Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand customer needs. * Develop user personas, customer journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high\-fidelity designs. * Create intuitive and visually engaging product experiences across digital and physical touchpoints where applicable. * Collaborate with product managers, engineers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders. * Translate business requirements and user insights into effective design solutions. * Develop and maintain design systems, UI standards, guidelines, and reusable design components. * Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and validate solutions. * Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into product improvements. * Review implemented designs and work with development teams to ensure design quality and consistency. * Identify opportunities to improve existing products and customer experiences. * Present design concepts, research findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. * Mentor junior designers and contribute to design processes and best practices. * Stay current with emerging product design trends, technologies, tools, and user\-experience practices. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar senior\-level position. * Strong portfolio demonstrating product design, UX/UI, problem\-solving, and design\-thinking capabilities. * Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar platforms. * Strong understanding of user\-centered design, usability principles, interaction design, and visual design. * Experience working with cross\-functional product and development teams. * Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. * Experience with design systems and usability testing is highly desirable. * Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
