Senior Procurement Engineer

• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and subcontractors. • Must have prior experience working in the furniture industry or in a manufacturing company. • Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate quotations, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms. • Issue and manage purchase orders and supplier contracts. • Monitor procurement schedules, deliveries, and supplier performance. • Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Production, Projects, QA/QC, Logistics, Stores, and Finance teams. • Ensure materials comply with project specifications and quality standards. • Maintain procurement records, reports, and ERP documentation. • Support cost optimization, value engineering, and procurement risk management. • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier negotiations. • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
